Steps to Clear the Cache in Salesforce Mobile App -
Step 1: User need to login to their Org.
Step 2: Tap the User Profile in the upper left corner.
Step 3: Tap the Settings.
Step 4: Tap the Advanced Settings.
Step 5: Tap the Clear Cached Data.
Step 6: Close the Salesforce Mobile App.
Step 7: Then, Open the Salesforce Mobile App.
Step 8: Pull to refresh on pages to check for your changes.
