Attendees and Total Attendees field created and allocation will happen among Active Attendees only.
Case 1 – “Total Attendees” are more than “Attendees” entered, will allow to create an Expense and allocation will happen to Active Attendees only.
Allocation will happen in this way
Allocated Expense = Transaction Amount/Total Attendees
Allocated Expense = 1000 / 10 = GBP 100
Case 2 – “Total Attendees” are not entered, will allow to create an Expense and allocation will happen to Active Attendees only.
Allocation will happen in this way
Allocated Expense = Transaction Amount/ No of Attendees
Allocated Expense = 1000 / 5 = GBP 200
Case 3 – “Total Attendees” are less than “Attendees” entered, will not allow to create an Expense.
