Description: "Salestrip Personal profile" - Set up your personal profile with details and documents needed for travel and payment. Please make sure this step is completed before making any travel bookings.The User can also set their preferred location/payment method as a default preference.
Pre-Condition 1: The User must be logged into the Salesforce instance with valid credentials.
Pre-Condition 2: Navigate to the Salestrip Personal Profile by typing SalesTrip on the Application Launcher.
Default Preferences - Location.
Step 1: Navigate to the Salestrip Personal Profile page and select "My Settings" under the Profile.
Step 2: On "Select Location" search for a preferred country of residence (e.g. Germany, India).
Step 3: On Default Trip Start Location search for a preferred start location (e.g. London Heathrow , Gatwick etc).
Step 4: On Default Mileage Start Location search for a preferred start location (e.g. home address, office address).
Default Preference - Payment Method.
Setting up Payment Method
Step 1: To create a new Payment Method, click on the "New Payment Method" button under Select Payment Method.
Step 2: Select the Payment Card Type (Personal/Corporate) .Fill in the required details of the card. Ensure that the details entered here are accurate and match the details in the card.Click Save.
Step 3: On Default Trip Payment Method search and choose from the existing Payment Method in your profile.
Default Preference - Select Documents
Step 1: To create new Documents, click on the "New Documents" button under Select Documents.
Choose the type of document to be uplaoded.
Step 2: Enter the details of your document here . Make sure the details are accurate and match the details in the document . The details uploaded here will be used for travel booking and hence it's important to ensure that the details uploaded here are accurate.Click Save.
Step 3:On Default Travel Document search for an existing Travel Document. (e.g. Passport, Visa, and Driving Licence). Click on "Save Preferences" .
