Step 1: Navigate to the Salestrip Expenses page using the App Launcher.
Step 2: Salestrip Home UI Screen : Click on SalesTrip Home Tab , User should be able to view the below information
Note: Users can view their Expenses Status along with the Count. It will redirect to the Specific List View page to see the Expenses with the status mentioned.
Inbox
My Expenses – Draft
- This will redirect to the ‘My Expenses – Draft’ list view page.
- Admin and User can see their Draft Expense records here.
My Expenses – Pending Approval
- This will redirect to the ‘My Expenses – Pending Approval’ list view page.
- Admin and User can see their Pending Approval Expense records here.
My Expenses – Pending Reimbursement
- This will redirect to the ‘My Expenses – Pending Reimbursement’ list view page.
- Admin and User can see their Pending Reimbursement Expense records here.
My Expense Report – Draft
- This will redirect to the ‘My Expense Report – Draft’ list view page.
- Admin and User can see their Draft Expense Reports here.
My Expense Report – Pending Approval
- This will redirect to the ‘My Expense Report – Pending Approval’ list view page.
- Admin and User can see their Pending Approval Expense Reports here.
Users can view the Dashboard and it navigates to the Specific List View page and see the details.
- System Administrator and SalesTrip Administrator (Permission Set) can able to view all the Dashboard Tabs.
- Along with Other users record in their List View page. Specifically, like Reimbursed, Card Unmapped Transactions and Receipt Unattached.
- For Other Users, they are able to view the Dashboard tabs based on the permission set assigned.
- Like Bulk Expense Approval and Card Unmapped Transaction tab are not visible to the Users (e.g. Standard User Profile).
Apart from the System Administrator and SalesTrip Administrator (Permission Set), rest all Users can see their records only in the list view.
Dashboard
Reimbursed
- This will redirect to the ‘Reimbursed’ list view page.
- Admin can see all the Reimbursed records here including all the Users.
- For other users, it will display the Reimbursed records that they created.
Receipt Unattached
- This will redirect to the ‘Receipt Unattached’ list view page.
- Admin can see all the Receipt Unattached records here including all the Users.
- For Users, it will display the Receipt Unattached records that they created.
Card Unmapped Transactions
- This will redirect to the ‘Card Unmapped Transactions’ list view page.
- Admin can see all the Card Transactions records here including all the Users when status is unassigned.
- Users cannot see the Card Unmapped Transactions in his SalesTrip Home page.
(E.g. Standard User). If any user wants to access this tab, Use the certain Permission Set. (E.g. Salestrip Administrator).
Bulk Expense Approval
- This will redirect to the ‘Bulk Expense Approval’ Tab.
- Users cannot see the Bulk Expense Approval tab in his SalesTrip Home page.
(E.g. Standard User). If any user wants to access this tab, Use the certain Permission Set. (E.g. Salestrip Bulk Expense Approval).
Review my Expenses
- This will redirect to the ‘Review my Expenses’ page.
- Admin and Users can see their Expenses with Draft records here to review and perform bulk edit.
Expense
Expenses this month (total number) along with % increase or decrease compared to previous month.
Spend this month (total amount) along with % increase or decrease compared to previous month.
Reimbursement
Reimbursed this month (total number) along with % increase or decrease compared to previous month.
Reimbursement Amount this month (total amount) along with % increase or decrease compared to previous month.
Expenses by Current Month – Chart, shows Purchase date vs Reimbursement Amount
Users can customise their report based on their needs and use it.
Expenses by Type – Pie Chart, shows no of Expenses for each type and % increase or decrease compared to previous month.

End Users/Standard Users View
Note: If the Report Charts are not visible,ensure that the System Administrator shares the Report Folder (e.g SalesTrip Reports) to the Users or not.
Want to Share Reports with other Users:
- Initially System Administrator can have access to this Report.
- Go to the ‘Reports’ tab.
- Click the ‘All Folders’.
- On the right hand side of the SalesTrip Reports, click the down triangle button.
- Click the Share.
- Select the Share With - 1. Users 2. Roles 3. Roles & Subordinates 4. Public Groups
(In this Example, Users is selected)
- Enter the User’s Name (E.g Standard User).
- Give the Access. (E.g. View).
- Click the ‘Share’ (Please ensure to click the Share button).
- Click the Done.
- If the Reports are common to all the users, then System Administrator can move the Reports from SalesTrip Reports Folder to Public Folder.
Ways to move the Reports to Public Reports
- Go to the ‘Reports’ tab.
- Click the All Folders.
- Choose the preferred reports, click on the down triangle icon.
- Click the ‘Move’ button.
- A popup box will appear, Click the ‘All Folders’ link.
- Click the ‘Public Reports’.
- Click the ‘Select Folder’ and it’s done.
Now the report is moved to the Public reports.
After that End Users/Standard Users View
Once the Administrator shares the report folder to the certain users, any user can see the report chart based on their data, it will be visible in the SalesTrip Home page.
