Payment Methods - This Tab allows the users to set up payment methods by adding the details of their personal cards, corporate cards, cash and other defined payment method type.
Pre-Condition 1: The User must be logged into the Salesforce instance with valid credentials.
Pre-Condition 2: The users must be on the Salestrip Personal Profile page by typing SalesTrip Personal Profile on the Application Launcher.
Creating New Payment Methods
Step 01: Navigate to Salestrip Personal Profile Page
Step 02: Click on the "Payment Methods" Tab
Step 03: Click "New" to create a new payment method.
Step 04: Enter the Payment Method Name and Choose the Payment type from the
dropdown.
Step 05: Enter the Card details and Cardholder details on the "New Payment Method" and Click Save.
Step 06: Click the checkbox box Default Expense Payment Method to make this payment method as your Default payment method for all transactions.
Step 07: The saved payment method details can be viewed by clicking on the "Payment Method Name"
Step 08: To activate or deactivate the Payment Method, Click on the Payment Method and click Edit.
Step 09: By default it is active. if you want to deactivate, uncheck the active checkbox and Click Save.
