Step1: User Need to Select “Expense” tab and click on “New” button.
Step2: Select “Manual Expense Capture”.
Step3: Select “Expense Type – Time”.
Step4: Once user select “Expense Type – Time”, Dependent fields will get auto populated as mentioned below.

Rate Per Hour
Step5: Enter all the Required fields and Dependent fields e.g.
No of Hours - 10
Rate Per Hour – 6
Based on this entry, Transaction amount will get auto calculated and populated
Transaction Amount = 10(No of Hours) * 6(Rate Per Hour) = £ 60
Click on "Save and Submit", “Expense Type – Time” will be created.
