Review my Expenses
Review my expenses provides a user-friendly view to edit all the draft expenses from the scanned receipts or from the corporate card transactions in one place. Users can edit the expense details or upload receipts.
Navigate to the Salestrip Expenses page.
Click on the Review my Expenses tab.
Expenses can be filtered by Transactions, By Search, or By Date Range.
By Transactions:
- Corporate Card: Filters transactions from Corporate Card.
- Others: Fiters transactions from payment methods other than the corporate card (eg personal card, cash etc)
By Search:
- Expenses can be filtered by typing the expense type name in the search box. (e.g. Airfare, Other,..etc)
- Expenses can be filtered by other relevant keywords like expense type etc
By Date Range:
- Expenses can be filtered by date (eg)From Date (1 Dec 2022) and To Date (31 Dec 2022)
- The user will get the expenses within the specified range.
Receipts can be uploaded by clicking the eye icon.
To upload receipts click on the Upload File icon below the receipts column.
To Add/Edit the Expense description and vendor details, enter the details in the respective text boxes.
To edit the expenses click on the pencil icon. Expense details can be entered in the expense pop-up form. Once the details are entered, Save the expense.
