These are Release Notes for SalesTrip Engine Version 2.68, this release communicates the major new features/user stories/product improvements and defect fixes. This release upgraded features and bugs will help the client to use a few of the amazing features of SalesTrip - Expense Management.
Bug Fixes
Expense Report - While Adding/Removing Expenses for any Expense Report, decimal variation fixed for Total Expenses Amount.
Tax calculation - Tax calculation fix done for Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for Canadian Receipt.
Per-Diem Meals & Incidentals – Per-Diem edit issue is fixed and user will be able to edit Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner based on their business trip requirement.
Payment Method – Payment method mismatch for Salestrip Delegating User while creating Expense by Scan Receipts is fixed.
Expense Report - Change of Expense status based on the status of Expense Report is fixed.
Mobile UI – Mobile UI issues fixed.
What’s New
Per Diem –
Per Diem added for New location for Expense type Lodging and Meals & Incidentals - User should have provision to enter Meal Rate for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for Alaska and Hawaii. Based on the defined rate, User should be able to create Expense for Origin Country as US and Destinations as Alaska/Hawaii.
Expense Export Batches –
Custom Field added, any users/client based on their requirements will be able to define custom field and picklist value. While creating Expense user need to choose that custom field picklist value and same custom field can be used as one of the filter component to export expense batches.

Contact, Opportunity Roll up to Account for any Expense –
New logic introduced, Now user will get separate presentation for Allocation rollup and separate for Recipients and if user want to combine both, then that can be done by formula field.
Enable Expense Total –
Enable Expense Total feature provided.
Custom Settings -> Salestrip Settings (Manage) -> Enable Expense Total
This will enable ‘Salestrip Expense Totals’ section for Account, Opportunity and Contact with value.
Submit Expense for Approval –
‘Submit Expense for Approval’ feature provided.
This will enable ‘Save and Submit’ button for Expense and user will be able to submit expense for approval.
Language Translation – Language Translation feature incorporated in our product.
Expense Type – Mileage – “Vehicle” field is added, which user can define and use for Expense creation and the rate will be fetched as defined. This is implemented for UK location only.
Multiple Scan Receipts –
Multiple Scan Receipts feature introduced. Now user can scan multiple receipts in a single go and Expenses will get created for all scans.
