Multiple Scan Receipts mapping through Corporate Card –
Streamlined Expense Management with Salestrip Scheduler!
Experience effortless synchronization of expenses made through your Corporate Card with the Salestrip Application. Our advanced Scheduler ensures that your transactions are seamlessly integrated into the system.
When the Scheduler runs, your expenses are automatically pulled and cross-referenced with existing entries created through the "Scan Multiple Receipts" feature. This intelligent matching process analyses the Purchase Date, Payment Method, and Transaction Amount to attach receipts to the appropriate expense entries.
What's more, the process works both ways! If you've already synchronized expenses in Salestrip and later use "Scan Multiple Receipts," the same matching criteria are applied, and receipts are linked accordingly.
Managing duplicates is a breeze too. Our user-friendly interface offers you the option to review and merge duplicate records, ensuring your expense history remains clean and clutter-free.

Expense Report - Submit for Approval –
Effortless Approval Process!
When you submit an Expense Report for approval, the designated Approver will be instantly notified through both a notification and an email. By simply clicking the provided link, the Approver gains access to a range of actions.
Upon opening the link, Approvers are presented with three choices: Approve, Reject, or Reassign. But that's not all! A comprehensive review option is also available. This allows Approvers to thoroughly assess all Expense details before making their decision. This ensures accurate and informed approvals, rejections, or reassignments.
